– Smoking is not permitted indoors or in the pool area or garden.
– Designated smoking areas are provided.

1.5. **Third-Party Payments**:

– We do not pay third parties for services on your behalf.

1.6. **Removal of Guests**:

– We reserve the right to remove non-compliant, disruptive, or unacceptable guests.

1.7. **Stairs Access**:

– Some rooms require stair negotiation.

1.8. **Registration and Identity**:

– All guests must register in writing before arrival.
– Proof of identity is required.

1.9. **Unauthorized Entry**:

– Only registered guests may enter the premises.

1.10. **Cash Policy**:

– Cash is not accepted on-site.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1. **Cancellation Fees**:

– More than 60 days before arrival: Full refund (excluding fees).
– Within 15-60 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee.
– Relevant banking/transaction fees apply.
